A few details might have changed at your event, that’s understandable. For event rental delivery orders we ask that you provide us with 3 days notice on minor changes, prior to your delivery date. Additions pending inventory availability. Minor changes defined as +/- 10% in rental agreements total cost. For major changes (above 10% cost change) please provide us with 14 days notice.

After placing an order, our manager will contact you to clarify all the details of payment.

A 25% non-refundable deposit guarantees your reservation.
A security deposit may be required on certain items.

No refunds will be issued on unused equipment.
All rental equipment is subject to availability at time of booking.
Rentals officially begin upon customer pickup or upon delivery, and respecitively end upon client return or delivery-pickup.
Prices are subject to change without notice, that includes on unpaid quotes older than 14 days.
Official prices are listed on our website. Alternative off-site prices will not be honoured.

Rented equipment is the responsibility of the customer from time of delivery or customer pick-up to the time of the equipment’s return.

The holder of the credit card and the individual or company listed on the invoice if different, will be responsible for any loss or damage of equipment if any occur.

We ask that everything be returned properly cleaned. A minimum $50 cleaning charge is applied to event rental costs, if equipment is returned soiled or unclean.

For any issues with equipment picked-up equipment please let us know in writing by email within 24 hours of delivery or customer pickup. Refunds are not issued for items that were not used; this includes because of weather or because of issues with setting items up. It is the customers responsibility to have the proper aptitude, confidence, and skill with the equipment they are renting.

The customer will not abuse, misuse or damage the equipment:
Keep all rental equipment away from open flame or heat sources.
Place all rental equipment on solid and level surfaces.
Do not stand on or tilt any of the rental equipment.
Immediately take down pop-up tents in windy conditions.
Use rental equipment for intended purpose only.

In the event of any accident or incident causing property damage or bodily harm, the customer agrees to take full responsibility and shall indemnify and hold The Rental Brothers harmless from any claims or actions. The Rental Brothers shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to customer’s property that is in anyway connected with the use or defect of our rental equipment. The Rental Brothers makes no warranties as to the equipment’s fitness for any particular purpose.

Off-Season Hours (October 1 – May 14):
Mondays – Fridays: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Note: Please schedule appoitment prior to visiting during Off-Season.

Busy-Season Hours (May 15 – Sept 30):
Mondays – Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Standard Delivery Ontario (two way delivery and pickup): Starting At $100.00
Downtown/Office Building Delivery Ontario (two way delivery and pickup) Starting At $150.00
Standard Deliveries: 4 hour window
Marquee Tent Deliveries: 1-3 day window (details confirmed with client beforehand)
Delivery prices during peak season, sharp deliveries, or for large orders may vary.
Delivery prices for out-of-town deliveries will vary.

Additional fees will apply if delivery or pick-up is required outside regular (Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) hours or days.
Additional fees will apply if equipment needs to be moved over long distances or over stairs or rough terrain.

We service all of Ontario.
